I Love Your Pre Presentations, Rachel!
My go to is I do a downward dog before I jump on stage and I typically also if anyone sees me at an event, I will always have my headphones on. And I'm usually listening to a handful of music that kind of gets me amped up and excited to go on board. But I also listen to a recording of myself giving the same talk that I'm about to get. So I oftentimes will listen to that before I go up just to make sure that I have everything kind of ingrained in my mind. "I'm pretty sure you have totally stolen my exact pre presentation, Rachel.
