The Yistaria Rapist

This guy seemed to fit the Yistaria rapist perfectly. But when they covertly took the teenage survivor to his workplace at a gas station, she didn't feel it was him at all and it didn't go any further. When this guy was arrested for a rape in Sacramento years later, he seemed a likely suspect again. The links and similarities between this suspect and the Yistria rapist, like suspects before him, were uncanny but time and time again, leads which seemed like short things fell flat.
