Is Your Sleep Quality Easier Because You Are Fasting?

Most people that are fasting are just more tuned to their bodies in general. If your sleep quality is eroded because you are fasting or you can't get your fluids in during the day, then you need to make some changes. I'm always really curious about people's electrolytes. A lot of people get in their group with element and they're like, good to go. But I would maybe be something to dose around. Like I don't know if she needs like more or less,. especially when it's coupled with keto and locarb.
