Sally Kohn: We see how Trump's popularity increases rather than decreases around these indictments. It is quite obvious when you look at the social media reaction, that those who support Trump are again doubling down over this. Florida governor Rhonda Santis has had a go at the US government's alleged weaponization of the federal branch as he calls it. He says Washington DC is a swamp and it's unfair to have to stand trial before a jury that is reflective of the swamp mentality. The indictment serves as an important reminder anyone who puts himself over the Constitution should never be president of the United States., she said.
