Jobs to be done theory is that customers hire your product for a specific job. It's really unlikely your initial product will be good enough to satisfy a bunch of different jobs so you've got to focus on one and nail it. Education costs have skyrocketed, they outpaced how much people learn by 10x with the internet. Paying $75,000 a year to go to Harvard isn't all that bad but colleges don't always offer great value.
