What adverse trends do you expect to persist for these hospitals? And which ones might pure out during the second half of this year? Well maybe I'll start here and then can turn it over to Robert for some additional context and color. One is we should be expecting an organization's are expecting continued increased expenses. But luckily, these are at least a little bit better than we saw in last year. However, still certainly not at pre pandemic levels of performance. Right.
