This week's Libertarian podcast features a fascinating legal fight involving unions and the methods in which they protest. The case I want to talk about just was argued in front of the Supreme Court. It's Glacier Northwest versus the International Brotherhood of Teamsters. And the key questions are, well, there were their actions they protected strike practice under the National Labor Relations Act.
