The Importance of Spending Less on Health Care

The only health care system that's going to be stable is one where they're actually getting reasonable health insurance. Republicans have not done that and until they deal with that central problem, they're going to get nowhere. The more moderate Republicans in Congress need to take this opportunity to think about what it is they want to see happen, right?
