If you want to be a kind person, and the way you are kind is that you tell the truth, right? It's not by shirking it. And so if you make them aware of the fact that either your goals have changed or yours haven't and theirs have, they might not even realize that it has. One of the big things with identity is the labels that we say about ourselves. I am ex. I am impatient. I am angry. Right? But you have to choose the labels that you want over yourself. So being willing to take people out of my life, and I've been very direct about it. The best response in the world to someone who says
