I think we should always be effective, but i think the efficiency piece needs to be flexible. God has called you to do what you should be doing thoughout the day,. But in terms of how you go about doing it, you need to be willing to be inconvenienced and interrupted. This is especially true if you're a pastor or if you work in a job where you have to serve and help people. We really do need this content on understanding preactivity from a christian world view.
