What Is Qualia the Hard Problem of Consciousness?

I think we are still some way off before naa becomes a sentient human beingave artificial general intelligence. And i am inclined very strongly to that this system is just a very sophisticated imitation machine, and it's not really become sentient,. but it's able to behave exactly like a sophisticated human being. So so that's where we are with this. Ok, the next question is, what is qualia the hard problem of consciousness? Does it prove that consciousness is non physical? Why do scientists keep ignoring it?
