Before, we would kind of wait until we've gotten that document that has like all the content in it. We weren't necessarily worrying about what the content was going to be. A big thing we would run into is that the design was built for like a very specific idea of what it would look like. The more complexity you're dealing with and the bigger the scope is, the more important OUx becomes.
