How to Deal With a Problem on a Personal Level

I imagine that things aren't always rainbows and bunnies. So when you are legit dealing with a problem in your life, let's just take it as a personal level. Why do I care about this? What am I preserving? To what end? Those three questions I ask myself so many times a day, it's crazy. Narrative casting is almost like the action or the movement of something moving forward.
