The Importance of Community in Online Work
Steve runs the fitness guy. It's obviously ran online. And what you're discussing there was very much the in-person side of things. Do you still get the same kind of feeling and reward and meaning from your job that you did with the in-Person stuff that you do now online? More so. Because it's on a bigger scale. I don't think the reward is being diluted because you don't see the people.Because we've created a community. That's what makes it probably even more rewarding because everybody else gets on board and gets involved. Like me and you are online as a working chair.
