A 71-year-old female came in with what sounds clinically like an ammonia. She does have an infiltrate, I think we said, in the left lower lobe. It's kind of hard to pin down on this AP chest x-ray in bed. This is a critically licensed U patient on the vent with other problems. How do we decide if they have pleural effusions to begin with?
