Building a Case for Design Operations

I'm really proud of the relationships and the trust that I have between myself and the other design leaders at Atlassian. They're some of the smartest people I've worked with. All five of them came from that those conversations, which is one of the pain points that they experience over and over again. And so when we are thinking about how do we grow as an org, there's no reason that a year from now my team should be 50 people.
