Colonic Pseudoobstruction

Oglevy sindrum is acute calonic obstruction, but there's no mechanical obstruction. This is dilatation an some intere nervous system that's not working. Colonic pseudo obstruction is a weird phenomenon and i don't think anyone totally understands it. So when are you going to get a c t scan if your x ray looks horrible?
