Virtue Ethics Is a Vague Thing?

If you were to ask a modern utilitarian how can I be a good person at my job they'd give some advice. Try to not just do the things right and not do them because they're good or not who cares what you're doing them but try to become the person who does them without even thinking about it so that their character traits instead of just things you choose are correlated.
