Misunderstand all sorts of regulations concerning such matters as rationing, transportation and traffic regulations. Cry and sob hysterically at every occasion when confronted by government clerks. Boycott all movies, entertainment, concerts, newspapers, which are in any way connected with Quizling authorities. Do not cooperate in salvage schemes. Which means don't try and save anything.
