How to Grad a Duplex
The first step in the construction process is laying out a foundation. Do you hire a surveyor to come back and pin your corners? You could have sometimes our concrete contractor, they'll just pull a string line and you tell them how far you want it off and they can do it manually. Did you have to do the septic before you do all the grading or is that something that comes in later? Yes. So for this one, it had 30 foot front building setbacks. The duplex couldn't be any closer than 30 feet from the front property line.
