Agile Project Management - The Hardest Part

In some cases, we still do training on agile project management before a project starts. The hardest part I've found people can't seem to wrap the head around is that at the end of that beta, what goes live might not be everything you hope and wish for. It might be severely lacking in compared to what you expected it to be like. And so I've found that to be the hardest part is the understanding of when it gets to the end, you might not get everything that you've wished for.
