Is the Stock Really a Good Stock?

A pays a lot in dividends. So it's not like you've actually had a large capital lost without any dividends until cover there paying dividends all the time. Their old rate, what was their dividends per share before? It was about one buc botter. New jersey have been the biggest inside our ownership. But new york has greatly increased theirs so i don't know if that will continue be the case.
