In the early days of all these things, nobody cared about revenue. Now we see Web3 VCs today making the same mistakes. Stocks just wouldn't be around today if YouTube, AWS, App Store, Twitter didn't exist. The first sign here in 2023 is AI. No one's thinking through how much it costs to the compute and how much they're losing per trade transaction. That's when I turned off CNBC. It was that first point where we hate media and we didn't have to listen. And those are some of the things that we as investors today have to think about.
