The Biggest Challenge in Science Reform

The biggest challenge is the inertia of the existing culture. There are still barriers to not just adopting the be viors, but knowing how to do them well. We want to believe that the systems that we are in are just and motivated by the right reasons. And so there's lots of that that are, that are the personal and interpersonal challenges for change. Is recognition that becoming good at these behaviors takes time. But part of effective reform requires a recognition that we're going to start doing the behaviors ourselves.
