The idea is that you want them to have an actual opinion that they may never have had before. At the end of the day, for it to remain ethical in my mind, it just can't be coercion. The other person has to have total buy-in. It's upfront that both sides are out there to sort of try to take each other's arguments down. And it's very powerful.
