The Lord Comforts His People
"My deliverance draws near speedily, my salvation has gone forth and my arms will rule the peoples," he says. "The islands wait for me and for my arm they hope." He tells his people not to be dismayed at the reproach of men or their reviling. They are full of the wrath of the Lord, the rebuke of your God; therefore I am he who comforts them.
