The Importance of on-Call Work
I've seen you confess publicly that you personally love being on-call. Can you share more about why that's the case? Sure. I'm kind of a, you know, Unix systems administrator by trade. It's usually where things start to break first or where you can see problems. And if you're on call and on the hook for fixing the things that your customers use, that's pretty satisfying as well.
