The Validity of Socrates' Trial
Andrew Keen: Socrates was brought to court for two charges. The first one being in pious, which is failing to acknowledge the gods that the city acknowledges and introducing new deities. Keen: This one's a little bit of political mud throwing on Socrates. Makes an argument that his point of questioning was to like remove the clarity of a man or something for the gods.
