Nothing that this person has said is explicitly anti-fat bias, right? Explicitly. The reason I ask is even in New York, where these laws have been passed, like, how would this even be handled if you brought it to HR say? It's definitely a gray area. And even if the one on one conversation goes badly, and they do start doubling back and making those jokes, well, it was already uncomfortable, right? So now it's just still uncomfortable. But at least you were able to say something. And that benefits everyone else who's uncomfortable."
