Are You Making Connections?

If you're too similar, they won't see you at all. Or maybe they'll read your book and enjoy it, but then when they're done, they don't remember the name of the author. And every day you are making connections, or not making connections. You can put yourself out there. It's not uncomfortable. Broke it in very introverted ways. But if you want to stand out in this life and as an author, you have to make that choice.
