Coinbase's Strategy in This Case Is Unclear

Coinbase is a publicly listed company so they've had to file all these disclosures with the SEC. They've really tried to get guidance on their staking products on the securities that they trade and according to to claim base they haven't gotten an answer except for this kind of wealth notice which tells them no you're doing something wrong but the SEC isn't telling them exactly what they're doing wrong. It's really it's really hard to understand what the strategy is here from at least one side, I'm trying to figure out why people are going straight to attack coinbase without even clarifying what it is that they should have been doing," he said.
