But she does tend to elevate human experience on to almost the same plane as the scriptures and sacred tradition. She explicitly said that feminist theology ultimately requires that we finally reach a kind of point of enlightenment where we recognize that the old and the New Testament and sacred tradition need to be left behind as sources for revelation.
