In high school, i was a voted most graceful under pressure. I've always just had a bit of a calmness to me,. yes, a centredness. And if you lower your guard and let some one into how you're feeling and what you're thinking truthfully, you're much more likely to get an honest response back. It's really hard to lead teams through hard times if there's no trust. The power of vulnerability is that it brings out the humanity in our teams. You got a little bit about you got a give to get. There are times where i think people want to feel you. They want to feel a little vibration.
