How to Build a Successful Training Company

I went to one of your classes here in London, and it was some great people teaching your IP. And how have things been the last 10 or 15 years? I know that at one point your company was growing. And then you said, you know what, I kind of want to contract it. So now we've shrunk ourselves from like 50 people at 1.8. It's been a pretty tough road to hold but we've kept going with that direction.
