Change Is an Opportunity, Not a Threat

Change is inevitable, right? Participation is optional. Everything's going to change. Businesses, there's no way history proves this. There's no way that your business model that you establish for your business is going to last 50 years. No. You have to evolve. It's going to have to evolve with you, your people in the markets or it won't survive. That's exactly right. Change feels hard for most people. But I'm telling you change is an opportunity because change is inevitable and participation is optional.
