The Importance of Having a Smart Practice

I was working a lot and then projects started reactivating. And because it was just me, eventually I started failing deadlines. My production side wasn't enough to hold to deliver. So what I discovered there is that I wanted to be a client free firm. That's basically it. We're still gonna have some investors here and there but that's the goal. The first 12 weeks of defining the goals, personal goals and the firm goals out of it was my Breakthrough.
