The Difference Between a Habit and an Addiction
What's the difference between a habit and an addiction? They're both preconscious. Both something which you've learned to do. Usually have some reward attached to them. Adiction grabs hold of the corps biology of the brain, and that is difficult to stop. We don't dieof overdosing riding a bike, unless we become completely stupid. But in general, we're sensible. You've got to put the rational and the biological together in order to stop an ediction. Habit is not a diction, in other words.
