Dr. Zhu: I came across this very unique opportunity where there was actually a large and successful cataractromactic practice for sale in my hometown of Rome, High Guard, Europe. Instead of joining as an associate, I sort of negotiated with them to become a doctor owner or partner right from the get go. And so that was actually a great relationship because as a doctor owner, I was in charge of all the clinical decisions and running the day to day practice.
