With iOS 16, you can easily set color backgrounds and then as you start associating them, it really does help. A focus filter allows you to filter what an app shows you based on what focus mode you're in. For me, it's been playing with calendar and mail and basically hiding work stuff on the weekends. The watch thing actually, to me, I find way more valuable than you'd think.
