The Question of Religion and Spirituality in a Crisis

I think we need ways of managing the terror part of the sacred. But maybe we lack those in our culture. I haven't had a panic attack since then, but I had many, many in those few years. The point is that sometimes this stuff just black jacks you,. And that's why a secular response isn't available in those situations. You just can't rely on you need some sort of spiritual foundation to be able to traverse those times.
