The Microaggressions of Hispanics Today

There were so few Hispanic officers back then, particularly at my rank as being an ambassador sent to a Latin American country. There were doubts about whether you would be duty bound to represent the United States or that you might go over to the other side. But I think that in the final analysis, kind of looking back, there was a lot of microaggression that I think more officers face today.
