The connection to the human being who is consuming is the number one thing for brands to think about or people to think about who want to create their own brands online. You just build trust with an audience for a long time and giving them good stuff, therefore people are like okay like if this email comes in from Ryan like I inherently trust it mm-hmm what you're doing when you're building your brand online?
