How I Found the Right Company to Buy Herbicides

The company bought Monsanto in 2018 for 63 billion. They didn't put it to a shareholder vote. And they inherited with it, live phosphate liabilities that they were guiding at the time. The one claimant was awarded like 320 million or something, something insane. So obviously everyone was lining up to sue them for Glyphosate liabilities. During that period, the stock price went down from 90 to 56. It's the only time in German history that a CEO was voted out at the AGM and he lost the vote of confidence there.
