Writing a Book Is a Form of Self Therapy

All books, at least in this gene, all kinds of writing that exist in this kind of broadly advice, a prescriptive non fiction is always some kind of act of self therapy. So you're sort of writing the book that you need to have er existing in the world. And i think that always, for pretty much everybody, going to involve, to some extent, coming to terms with the bits of their sort of family inheritance that that they want a sort of refrain or move away from. I'm writing, for example, about my perspective on time, not because i've figured it all out and now i get to share it with you, kind of lucky mortals.
