I could have seen you answer and it wouldn't have shocked me if you had said, all right, look, we have our number. I think that's what's so critical about all of this is every aspect of this is personal. You're not trying to prescribe what somebody should do in every particular instance. So yeah, it's it's both. But then by buying that property, we could decide to just increase our portfolio by one property. We also might reevaluate the list of properties we have... And so now that that one's a good one, we just bought is really good property. It'll probably add one or two more to the hit list and sell those at some
