The conversion is variable in different people and may depend on your omega-6 consumption. If you are of Northern European ancestry, like I am, my ancestors, we eating fish. So for somebody like me, it's probably better to get it from seafood. You should definitely not do a plant-based diet. That's a nightmare. We'll agree to disagree on that. But no bueno.
