The Dealer Definition, the Broker Dealer Definition and the No Share

There's a leaked version of this bill that did actually include an exemption for software developers. That was encouraging as well. The last thing I would want to see adjusted before we would potentially, you know, be okay with its passage is the dealer definition. It could potentially sweep up persons who are just buying and selling their own crypto.
