Popper and witgenstein met only once. That encounter is the subject of an entire book written on the topic. Witgenstein held that all problems thought to be philosophical were really just pseudo problems. Popper put the case that there were real scientific problems. But even exceedingly clear professional philosophy at pape's level can be obscure to the novice.
