What's the Primary Benefit of Resistance Starch?

Green bananas are a good source of prebiotic fiber and resistance starch. You can take a day where you just eat semi green banana and grapefruit. And it's from combination of B vitamin production from bacteria and AMP K activation from the grapefruit. So typically, like what I'll do is two to two per meal, two to three per meal.
