I think the business case for diversity is fairly well established. But what I find more interesting and, you know, maybe not in this particular labor market, it's how important it is to employees. 75% of millennials proactively look at an organization's diversity and inclusion efforts when choosing their next job. People are three times more engaged when they believe that their company cares about inclusion.
